We have a FREE Delivery rate on orders over 100€ or 120$

For orders under that amount, we charge 11.90€ or 14$. 

It usually takes 1-3 working days for our warehouse to process your order and hand it over to our carriers. This might be longer due to high demand or holidays. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered from Germany directly to you using DHL or UPS. Generally, most orders are currently received within 1-2 weeks. Please note that the Coronavirus is still affecting the operation of our logistics partners, therefore, there is a chance that your order will face a delay of 5-10 days. We ask for your understanding. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email / SMS from us with tracking info for your order. Should you want to make delivery changes these will need to be done via simply replying to our email or contacting our logistics partners (through the tracking link).

Should you be out when your package is delivered, our logistics partners will try to contact you or leave a missed delivery note and your package will be taken to the nearest Pickup Parcelshop or ServicePoint to collect within 7 days. 

If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned where a refund of your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be given, subject to circumstances.
