• Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sponsorship proposals and partnership packages
• Negotiate and close deals with business clients, sponsors, and partners to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate sponsorship activations and ensure deliverables are met according to agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to business clients, sponsors, and partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or sponsorship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets
• Experience in the motorsport industry or related field is a plus
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
