Fueler UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

You can ask us to delete your Fueler account and the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how to ask, what we delete, and what we are required to keep.

How to ask

Email info@fueler.store from the address on your Fueler account, with the subject Delete my account.

Asking from your account's own email address lets us confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you can't, tell us and we'll verify another way — we won't delete an account on an unverified request.

What we delete

  • Your Fueler account and sign-in
  • Your name, email address and telephone number
  • Saved delivery and billing addresses
  • Your notification settings and the record that links the app on your phone to you
  • Your saved items and the teams or drivers you follow
  • Your marketing preferences and any contact history with our support team

Once deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in, and you will stop receiving notifications from the app.

What we keep, and why

We cannot delete your order and invoice records. German commercial and tax law requires us to keep accounting records for a set period after a transaction, and an order is an accounting record.

Those records are kept for as long as the law requires and are used for nothing else. They are not used for marketing, they are not shared, and they are not linked to a profile of you once your account is gone.

We may also keep the minimum information needed to handle a return, a warranty claim, or a payment dispute that is still open at the time of your request.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days and will email you to confirm when it is done. If your request is unusually complex we will tell you, and why.

If you only want to stop hearing from us

You don't need to delete your account to stop receiving messages. Turn off notifications in the app under Garage, or unsubscribe from any marketing email. Your account and order history stay as they are.
