We have a two weeks return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a full refund for the returned item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you should first contact us and request a return. After confirming with us, you will receive a return form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return might not be accepted.

We do not cover the costs of returning the item to us. We recommend sending the item via a recorded delivery method to allow you to track it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reach the warehouse or are damaged during their return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. Then, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount excl. shipping (if paid) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Execluded from the right of cancellation
Excluded from your right to cancel your purchase are sealed products that, for reasons relating to the protection of health or hygiene, are unsuited to returning and whose seal was broken after delivery.
